| Jonathan Taylor served as the client’s designer and project director for this 12-month, two-floor, 22,000 sf ground-up Class A office build-out in collaboration with Skidmore Owings & Merrill. The client, one of the country’s most successful hedge fund managers, desired an office facility to support world-class trading operations and supporting staff. Completed in 2010.
